Job summary

Horizon Search & Selection Ltd seeks an experienced Production Manager for their site in Haverhill, Suffolk. The role is full-time, based on a standard 8:30am-4:30pm schedule Monday to Friday, with a regional salary around £50,000 per year, depending on skill and experience.

The Production Manager will lead a ~15-strong multi-disciplinary team across machining, welding, paint spraying and assembly. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure safety and quality, and align production strategies

Qualifications

• Experience in production management and leading a multi-disciplinary team.
• Strong people skills with ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Familiarity with ERP systems to plan, track metrics and generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Production team to sustain tight daily schedules.
• Oversee production planning and coordinate with departments to meet output targets.
• Identify and resolve production issues, implement improvement initiatives.
