Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and ten or more years of related experience; master's degree and eight or more years.
• Experience with inspection and acceptance processes.
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, resources, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in production management tools and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all production activities.
• Ensure production schedules are developed, maintained, and executed on time and within budget.
• Monitor workflow, resource allocation, and production efficiency.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks or issues in a timely manner.
• Lead and coordinate all inspection and acceptance activities.
• Ensure all products/deliverables meet required quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and Program Management.
• Provide regular internal reporting to senior leadership on production metrics, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare and present production status reports, dashboards, and briefings.
