Job summary

SAIC seeks a Systems Integration Supervisor / Production Manager to lead the MCV program in Hanahan, SC. You will translate customer mission and business requirements into integrated vehicle systems and oversee day-to-day shop floor operations for complex electronic systems installed in tactical vehicles.

Direct responsibilities include leading production and integration, planning and scheduling with technicians and support staff, testing and inspecting systems, and coordinating with Logistics,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience OR Navy C School plus 8+ years in operation, analysis, testing, installation, or maintenance of C4ISR/C5ISR systems.
• Demonstrated leadership successfully managing production efforts of comparable complexity and scope.
• Experience reading engineering, mechanical/fabrication, and electrical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians, QC personnel, and entry-level staff and align them with policies and management guidance.
• Lead daily production and integration operations for MCV platforms including planning and scheduling across teams.
• Translate client requirements into system designs for IT and C4ISR/C5ISR solutions and oversee implementation on MCVs.
