Job summary

PRI Plus, a long‑standing label manufacturing firm, is seeking an experienced, hands-on Production Manager to lead daily operations in our Ohio facility.

You will oversee scheduling, manage personnel, coordinate with maintenance, uphold quality standards, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and cost control. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing with strong leadership, ERP experience, and a proven track record of delivering on-time production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing or production leadership.
• 3+ years of management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong scheduling, workflow, and operations knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead, manage performance, and hold employees accountable.
• Experience with quality control, safety, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing activities to meet targets and deadlines.
• Coordinate production schedules, materials, and equipment availability.
• Monitor performance and adjust to minimize downtime and delays.
• Lead training and cross-training of staff; conduct weekly production meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve productivity, quality, and costs.
