Prudential Overall Supply is seeking an energetic Production Manager to lead daily plant production activities in Mesa, AZ. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, quality, and productivity while developing a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in manufacturing or related environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Hands-on leadership style with results orientation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Military leadership and operations experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily production operations to meet safety, quality, efficiency, and customer service goals.
• Direct and support a team of 50+ production, maintenance, and support staff.
• Plan and coordinate workflow across departments to meet schedules.
• Monitor staffing, labor utilization, and performance to maximize productivity.
• Coach, evaluate performance, and take corrective actions when needed.
• Partner with the Plant Manager to recruit, train, and retain employees.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
