Job summary

Infra Pipes in the United States seeks a Production Manager to oversee the entire extrusion-based production facility. You will lead a 24x7 team of supervisors and operators, drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement, and collaborate with multiple departments to meet schedules.

The role is day shift with the flexibility to cover night shifts as needed. Strong leadership and bilingual communication (English/Spanish) are essential, as is a commitment to safe operations and cost

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in manufacturing operations and people management.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience with safety, quality and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily extrusion line operations for productivity.
• Monitor schedules and coordinate with departments to meet demands.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production staff across shifts.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure product specifications and quality.
• Drive lean initiatives, 5S, and cost-reduction efforts.
• Manage materials, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
