Job summary

Sunrise Landscape is seeking a Production Manager to oversee day-to-day field operations, supervise landscape foremen and crews, and ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

You will manage schedules, allocate resources, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding safety and OSHA compliance. Experience in landscape maintenance and using Aspire software is preferred; bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of landscape maintenance experience required, with at least 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with Aspire software preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and provide excellent client service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate Landscape Foremen and field crews.
• Manage daily operations and schedules for multiple landscape maintenance crews.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards.
• Allocate labor, equipment, and materials effectively to optimize resource utilization.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address operational issues as they arise.
• Deliver and maintain exceptional client relationships through high-quality landscape maintenance service delivery.
