Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 15 years of supervisory or managerial experience in manufacturing.
• 4 years of automotive industry experience preferred.
• Strong planning, organization and time management skills.
• Ability to interact across multiple levels and functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production processes to meet KPIs and targets.
• Coach, train, and develop direct and indirect reports.
• Identify and drive efficiency, quality, and safety improvements.
• Ensure EHS objectives are supported.
• Ensure timely performance evaluations and attendance approvals.
• Lead projects and 5S initiatives as required.
