Position Specific Description
NextEra Energy is seeking a technically skilled leader to manage a portfolio of new and developing solar and storage assets in the Northeast Region of the US, to include New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, New Jersey, Virginia, Michigan, and Wisconsin. The individual will lead a team of technicians in the daily operations and maintenance of solar and storage assets varying in size and scale.The ideal candidate will live in the region to support the travel schedule. The manager will be responsible for the safety of all personnel and environmental compliance with all required regulatory permits. The individual will be responsible for delivering on key performance indicators including availability, production, and cost

• Ensures all business activities are conducted following corporate policies and are in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal permits, codes, standards, and regulations
• Develops multi-year Operations and Maintenance budgets
• Ensures all budget targets are met
• Oversees and approves procurement activities of the site
