Job summary

ALEXIS is seeking a Production Manager to lead and coordinate the end-to-end production process for multiple seasonal collections. You will manage calendars, vendor relationships, and milestones from development through bulk delivery, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, and quality across domestic and international factories.

The role requires strong organizational skills, 5+ years in production management within luxury fashion, and experience working with overseas suppliers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production management experience in contemporary or luxury fashion.
• Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing, sourcing, and production processes.
• Experience working directly with overseas factories and global vendors.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple collections and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned production categories and vendor relationships from development through bulk delivery.
• Manage day-to-day production operations, provide status updates and identify risks.
• Coordinate production approvals (PP and TOP) and ensure production readiness.
• Maintain accurate production trackers, calendars, and reports for the Production Director.
• Negotiate costs and timelines with vendors; escalate delays with proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with Design, Technical Design, Product Development, and global partners.
• Ensure quality standards, on-time delivery, and adherence to budgets.
