Zekelman Industries, a leading on-site producer in Farrell, PA, is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily plant operations, coordinate labor, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and quality on the production floor.

You will collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Inventory to meet goals, foster a positive work environment, and promote employee development in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse.
• Associate degree in management or supervision.
• Working knowledge of MES and SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations and coordinate labor.
• Develop work schedules to meet daily and long-term goals.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Train and coach team members; evaluate performance.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with QA/Maintenance.
• Generate reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain on-site attendance as essential function.
