This on-site role requires strong leadership and decision making, with a focus on employee development and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
• Associate degree with emphasis on management or supervision or equivalent.
• Proficiency with shop floor systems such as MES and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily plant operations and coordinate labor assignments.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on the production floor.
• Develop work schedules and monitor performance metrics.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations, and manage disciplinary actions as needed.
