Job summary

Kalman and Company is seeking a Production Manager to coordinate the Distribution Center’s operational production divisions. You will use performance data, system analytics, and leadership to align workload, staffing, storage, traffic, and site missions.

The role requires resolving complex operational issues, applying statistical analysis, forecasting workload, and directing resource adjustments to maintain timely, accurate performance.

Qualifications

• At least three years of warehouse operations experience with statistical analysis.
• At least two years using automated warehouse management systems.
• Ability to analyze production performance and forecast workload.
• Experience coordinating multiple warehouse/distribution functions.
• Strong analytical, systems, planning, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Distribution Center production divisions and workflows.
• Integrate performance planning, systems management, stock positioning, and storage operations.
• Analyze operational performance using reports, dashboards, and data.
• Apply statistical analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks, and workload changes.
• Forecast workload and direct resource adjustments for timely performance.
• Respond to complex operational problems and coordinate corrective-action plans.
• Support audits, internal controls, and continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate with Site Manager, Supply Systems Analyst, Inventory Manager, and others.
• Prepare operational analyses and leadership briefings.
