Job summary

Fourth Floor in New York seeks a Production Manager (Denim) to lead the end-to-end production of Women's denim lines. You will collaborate with design, merchandising and sales to align assortments, costing and delivery timelines for key accounts in a fast-paced off-price environment.

The role oversees vendor communications, negotiates costs, and tracks production across global factories to protect margins and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience in denim preferred, with strong knowledge of weaves, dips, washes, etc.
• Proven ability to manage multiple categories and high-volume programs under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of costing, sourcing, and manufacturing processes across global supply chains.
• Excellent communication, organization, and vendor management skills with a focus on efficiency and profitability.
