Qualifications

• Ability to plan, control, manage, and complete work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall supervision of contractor employees and ensure proper scheduling.
• Coach and mentor supervisors, optimize resource use and reporting.
• Serve as central POC with Government and ensure cost savings and quality controls.
• Maintain excellent oral and written communication.
