TruTeam in Dallas is seeking a Production Manager to lead the location's production department, oversee schedules, site visits, and ensure customer satisfaction while driving profitability. The role includes supervising installers, hiring and developing staff, and collaborating with the Branch Manager on safety, quality, and efficiency goals.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of managerial experience in construction/trades, are bilingual in English/Spanish, and hold a valid driver’s license.
