TruTeam in Little Suamico, WI is seeking a Production Manager responsible for all aspects of the location's production department, directing schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with installers. The role requires leadership of a team, safety compliance and hands-on oversight of daily operations.

You will work with the Branch Manager to improve performance, recruit and develop staff, and help grow the business through effective methods.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience, preferably in construction/installation/trades.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate production schedules and oversee the location’s production department.
• Visit work sites, ensure customer satisfaction, and solicit new business.
