Job summary

TruTeam, a TopBuild Corp. brand, is seeking a Production Manager in Kansas City to lead the location's production team, coordinate schedules, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will partner with the Branch Manager, drive efficiency, manage installers, and oversee recruitment, onboarding and performance development while pursuing new business at target margins.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 4+ years of increasing managerial responsibility; construction/installation/trades preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred).
• Valid driver's license if operating a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the location's production department, directing production schedules and coordinating site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and new business opportunities.
• Support the Branch Manager and drive performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through effective methods and strategies.
• Manage a team and monitor processes for installers, enforcing safety and quality standards.
• Oversee HR activities including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management and development.
• Solicit new business at required margins while maintaining existing accounts; take on other duties as assigned.
