How you'll make an impact
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing engineers.
Drive manufacturing improvement projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
Design and implement efficient production processes and workflows.
Partner with operations, quality, and engineering teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.
Champion a safety-first culture through risk identification and corrective actions.
Improve manufacturing quality through root cause analysis and process control enhancements.
Evaluate equipment, tooling, facility layouts, and material flow to maximize efficiency.
Serve as a technical leader for process optimization, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of manufacturing engineering or related manufacturing experience.
Previous experience leading teams and developing technical professionals.
Proven success driving process improvements and manufacturing engineering projects.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on operational excellence.
