Clear Choice Remodeling in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Production Manager - Bath to lead and support bathroom remodeling operations from demolition through final completion. This hands-on leadership role requires expertise across installation stages and strong team coordination.

The ideal candidate will oversee schedules, materials, quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction, driving projects to on-time, on-budget completion with professional communication across homeowners

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of direct bathroom remodeling experience.
• Strong knowledge of bath/shower replacement systems, waterproofing, framing, drywall, plumbing coordination, and finish work.
• Ability to identify and resolve installation issues in the field.
• Experience reading measurements, scopes of work, and installation specifications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lead crews and earn respect through industry knowledge and expertise.
