• Oversee daily operations and staff in the production department, including production planning and scheduling, inventory control, and maintenance of plant facilities.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues or make recommendations to management.
• Review preventative maintenance scheduling.
• Perform daily walkthroughs to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly.
• Communicate process changes and data reviews to management.
• Develop and implement improvements to production efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Use dashboards or ERP reporting to monitor key production performance indicators.

This direct hire role is in Woodridge, IL and the anticipated salary is between $100,000-$120,000 per year.
