Ultimate Staffing is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations in Haverhill, MA. You will lead production teams, coach staff, and drive operational improvements on a two-shift environment with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Job description

We are seeking a hands-on Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations and lead production teams in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for a leader who enjoys being on the production floor, building strong relationships with employees, coaching team members, and driving operational improvements.

The successful candidate will be actively involved with both shifts, ensuring consistent communication, productivity, quality, and employee development across the operation.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience

  • Experience overseeing multiple shifts or supporting shift-to-shift communication preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Preferred Background
  • Experience in packaging, printing, converting, or other manufacturing environments is helpful but not required.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams through growth and operational change.
  • Familiarity with production metrics, workflow optimization, and employee development.
