This position is ideal for a leader who enjoys being on the production floor, building strong relationships with employees, coaching team members, and driving operational improvements.

Preferred Background

• Experience in packaging, printing, converting, or other manufacturing environments is helpful but not required.
• Demonstrated success leading teams through growth and operational change.
• Familiarity with production metrics, workflow optimization, and employee development.
