Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd is seeking a Production Manager to direct production and maintenance across two Wisconsin locations, overseeing about 100 employees. You will drive lean manufacturing, optimize schedules, and lead a culture focused on performance and development.

Reporting to the president, you will guide strategic decisions, foster teamwork, and push cost-effective quality improvements to support growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing, with leadership in operations.
• Experience with lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S.
• Working knowledge of production scheduling systems; SYSPRO preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• BS in Operations Management or equivalent experience.

You will be responsible for production performance while maintaining quality requirements in the most cost-effective manner.You will report to the president of the company.
