Join Restoration 1 of Washington DC, a leading provider of water, fire, and mold restoration services, as our Production Manager—a key leadership role responsible for managing day-to-day field operations and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and schedule restoration projects involving water, fire, and mold damage.
  
  
• Supervise field crews, assign jobs, and ensure technicians are properly equipped and trained.
  
  
• Monitor job progress, documentation, compliance, and quality control.
  
  
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, adjusters, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure adherence to IICRC, OSHA, and company standards.
  
  
• Track job costing, equipment usage, materials, and timelines using industry software such as Xactimate.
  
  
• Order supplies, maintain equipment, and ensure readiness for emergency response.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in water, fire, or mold mitigation/restoration.
  
  
• IICRC certifications (WRT required; ASD, AMRT a plus).
  
  
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
  
  
• Familiarity with Xactimate, MICA, and similar platforms.
  
  

Preferred:

• Prior experience managing crews or field teams.
  
  
• Knowledge of insurance claims and estimating processes.
  
  
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
