Job summary

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of manufacturing management experience and a Master's degree in a related field, with strong leadership and communication skills.

• Manufacturing Oversight: Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.

• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the manufacturing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to optimize production output.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all manufacturing operations comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Production Planning: Develop and execute production plans to meet business objectives.
