Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in production supervision, a relevant engineering degree, and strong leadership and problem-solving abilities to meet targets and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
• Ability to supervise daily production operations safely and efficiently.

Purpose and Mission

Key Activities and Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring that production schedules are met.

• Reporting: Prepare and present production reports to upper management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure seamless production operations.
