Responsibilities

• Lead with empathy: develop your team through training, coaching, and engagement; champion inclusion and well-being.
• Drive safety excellence: conduct LOTO inspections, BBSOs, and 5S audits; be a visible safety leader.
• Boost efficiency: perform daily Gemba walks, monitor KPIs, and lead Kaizen activities to identify and solve problems.
• Deliver results: hit production and quality targets, manage headcount, and ensure accurate reporting in ERP systems.
• Engage and inspire: participate in People Engagement initiatives, host quarterly team meetings, and foster open communication.
