Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager in Tomah, WI to lead plant operations with empathy, drive performance, and foster a culture of safety, quality, and people-first leadership.

You will be hands-on, visible, and impactful daily, guiding teams to meet production targets and sustain continuous improvement across processes and reporting in ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience or equivalent education.
• Experience with ERP systems (JDE a plus).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Passion for developing people and improving processes.
• Safety, quality, and continuous improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead with empathy: coach and engage the team, promote inclusion and well‑being.
• Drive safety excellence: conduct safety audits and be a visible safety leader.
• Boost efficiency: perform daily walks, monitor KPIs, lead Kaizen activities.
• Deliver results: hit production and quality targets, manage headcount, report in ERP.
• Engage and inspire: run team meetings and foster open communication.

As a Production Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our plant operations—leading with empathy, driving performance, and creating a culture where safety, quality, and people come first. You’ll be hands-on, visible, and impactful every single day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead with Empathy: Develop your team through training, coaching, and engagement. Champion inclusion and well-being.
• Drive Safety Excellence: Conduct LOTO inspections, BBSOs, and 5S audits. Be a visible safety leader.
• Boost Efficiency: Perform daily Gemba walks, monitor KPIs, and lead Kaizen activities to identify and solve problems.
• Deliver Results: Hit production and quality targets, manage headcount, and ensure accurate reporting in ERP systems.
• Engage and Inspire: Participate in People Engagement initiatives, host quarterly team meetings, and foster open communication.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of supervisory experience (or equivalent education).
• Experience with ERP systems (JDE a plus!).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• A passion for developing people and improving processes.
• A mindset for safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
