You will supervise and develop production staff, coordinate schedules, ensure safety and quality, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with senior leadership to align production with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in regulated environments.
• At least three years of supervisory or management experience leading production teams.
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling, quality systems, safety practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems; experience with ERP or manufacturing execution systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
