Job summary

ETS in Vermont (Bennington) is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, develop schedules, and drive efficiency and quality across the plant.

The role requires a strong Lean Manufacturing background, 10 years in similar management, and proven leadership. You will collaborate with safety and logistics teams while guiding continuous improvement initiatives and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10 years of experience in manufacturing management.
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and project management.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Proven ability to analyze production data and drive process improvements.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Job Location: In-Person, Salary: $115,000, Day Shift, Full-Time, Excellent Benefits

Your day-to-day as a Production Manager:

• Oversee daily operations within the manufacturing plant
