Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• At least three years of supervisory experience leading production teams.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, quality, safety and CI.
• Experience with ERP or MES is a plus.

A manufacturer operating in a regulated consumer goods industry isseeking a Production Manager to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Production Manager:

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
• Supervise, coach, and develop production staff, ensuring effective workforce management and team engagement.
• Coordinate production schedules, materials, and equipment to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
• Monitor inventory usage, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Drive process improvements to increase throughput, reduce waste, and enhance equipment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to resolve operational issues and align production with business objectives.

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum five years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in regulated environments.
• At least three years of supervisory or management experience leading production teams.
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling, quality systems, safety practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems; experience with ERP or manufacturing execution systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
