Job summary

Motherson Group is seeking a Shift Supervisor at our automotive manufacturing site in Michigan. You will organize and coordinate daily shift activities to achieve production targets, allocate tasks, supervise Operators and Team Leaders, and provide technical support to resolve production, quality, and maintenance issues.

You will monitor safety and production performance, coordinate material flow, and lead the shift emergency response team.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years' experience in automotive manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of production, quality, and JIS processes.
  • Basic maintenance and internal logistics knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to lead and motivate others.
