West Fraser is seeking a Production Manager to lead the daily OSB production, ensuring safe operations, high-quality output, and achievement of production targets. You will supervise crews, ensure equipment maintenance, and drive improvements while maintaining a strong safety culture.
The role requires a BS/BA or equivalent experience, proven manufacturing leadership, and the ability to work as part of a team. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered, with travel as needed.
The Production Manager is responsible for the leadership, operation and staffing of crews for the daily production of oriented strand board (OSB). Production Manager is responsible for ensuring safe operation of equipment, quality of OSB, achieving production targets, and ensuring that operator-level maintenance is performed on all equipment at a very high standard. To that end, these responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Physical ability to perform the essential job functions of the position, which includes climbing stairs, navigating catwalks, working at heights, lifting up to 50 pounds, stooping, and bending.
Competitive base salary with an annual bonus opportunity. The typical salary range is$105,000-$135,000, depending on location, education and relevant experience.
