West Fraser is seeking a Production Manager to lead OSB production operations, staffing, and safety. You will ensure safe equipment operation, maintain quality, meet production targets, and supervise maintenance at a high standard.
The role requires proven leadership in manufacturing, ability to collaborate across departments, and focus on process improvements, mentoring staff, and delivering value to the team. Strong communication and hands-on coaching are essential.
The Production Manager is responsible for the leadership, operation and staffing of crews for the daily production of oriented strand board (OSB). Production Manager is responsible for ensuring safe operation of equipment, quality of OSB, achieving production targets, and ensuring that operator-level maintenance is performed on all equipment at a very high standard. Physical ability to perform the essential job functions of the position, which includes climbing stairs, navigating catwalks, working at heights, lifting up to 50 pounds, stooping, and bending.

Competitive base salary with an annual bonus opportunity. The typical salary range is$105,000-$135,000, depending on location, education and relevant experience.
