Job summary

Judge Direct Placement in Seattle, WA is seeking a Production Manager to lead and coach production teams, drive Lean initiatives, and build a high-performing, compliant operation.

You will manage costs, KPIs, safety, and quality, while developing employees and aligning short- and long-term plant strategies with GMP, OSHA, FDA, USDA, HACCP, EPA and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong production background required.
• Ability to manage and develop employees.
• Ability to interface with regulatory employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to supervisors and production teams while fostering a culture of accountability and performance.

• Prepare operational reports, business cases, and management presentations.
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, quality, and employee engagement.
• Enforce company policies and performance expectations consistently and fairly.
• Coach and develop direct reports through performance management, training, and succession planning.
• Build a high-performing team with cross-training and workforce development programs.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with GMP, OSHA, FDA, USDA, HACCP, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
