Job Responsibilities:

Workflow Scheduling : Develop and maintain schedules to coordinate the workflow of multiple roofing projects.

Resource Coordination : Coordinate with dumpster companies, suppliers, and other external vendors to ensure timely delivery and availability of necessary materials and services.

Team Leadership : Lead and manage the production team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Quality Assurance : Monitor the quality of work being performed, ensuring adherence to company standards and customer specifications.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during production, maintaining smooth operations.

Communication : Maintain open lines of communication with project managers, crew leaders, and customers to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
