Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Roofing Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
• Support the sales team in conducting presentations, roof inspections, and closing high-value deals.
• Work closely with marketing, installation, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
