Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Peoria, IL seeks a Production Manager to oversee daily production in our collision repair facility and ensure on-time, high-quality vehicle repairs that delight customers.

You will lead the team, plan schedules, run production meetings, monitor in-process and final quality checks, and address issues promptly. A High School Diploma and 3 years in collision repair are required; I-Car registration is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3 years of experience in a collision repair environment.
• I-Car registration in progress or Gold Class certification sought.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily production schedule to maximize efficiency and maintain cycle time goals.
• Run production meetings to communicate priorities to staff.
• Perform in-process quality control checks to ensure company standards.
• Identify and address quality issues or production delays.
• Perform final quality inspection prior to delivery of the vehicle.
