Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Production Manager to lead the daily production schedule and ensure timely, high-quality vehicle repairs. You will drive efficiency, supervise staff, and uphold the WOW standards to exceed customer expectations.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in a collision repair environment, a high school diploma or equivalent, and active I-Car registration with progress toward Gold Class. This on-site role includes comprehensive benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in collision repair.
• 3 years of experience required.
• I-Car registered, aiming for Gold Class.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily production schedule to maximize efficiency and meet cycle times.
• Lead production meetings and communicate priorities.
• Perform in-process quality checks and address issues.
• Conduct final vehicle QC prior to delivery.
• Adhere to safety, company policies, and KPIs.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
