Job summary

Fidelis Logistics in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a bilingual Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations, optimize processes, and drive OTP and quality.

You will train and mentor staff, resolve bottlenecks, manage materials and safety, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet aggressive timelines while upholding Lean/Six Sigma practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years in a manufacturing or production environment.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Desirable: Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Proficient in production management software and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership to train and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

What We're Looking For :

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Demonstrated success in managing schedules, meeting On Time Performance (OTP) goals, and optimizing labor and inventory.
