Fidelis Logistics is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee CHEP pallet repair operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety while keeping production on track.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in manufacturing with 2+ years in a leadership role, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a strong ability to troubleshoot and improve processes. The role requires extending hours including weekends when needed and deep knowledge of OSHA standards.
