Specialty Hose Corp. in North Canton, OH, is seeking an Experienced Production Manager to oversee daily shop operations, scheduling, inventory control, and production workflow.

The role focuses on on-time delivery, quality compliance, and overall operational efficiency in a regulated manufacturing environment. The candidate will supervise shop personnel, manage master production planning, release and track production orders, coordinate shipping, and participate in contract reviews and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing or production management.
• Strong scheduling and inventory control knowledge.
• Experience supervising shop personnel.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute production scheduling and master production planning
• Release and track production orders
• Expedite customer orders as required
• Supervise and support shop personnel
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee purchasing of stock materials
• Coordinate shipping and logistics
• Prepare Certificates of Conformance and maintain quality records
• Perform contract review on incoming orders and initiate invoice cycle
• Coordinate with sales regarding order status
• Oversee equipment maintenance scheduling
• Conduct employee reviews and manage overtime scheduling

We have hoses in decompression chambers at the bottom of the ocean and hoses that control the environmental system on the International Space Station and just about everywhere in between. Starting salary: $58,000 - $62,000 Salary (Based on Experience). Schedule: 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday

We are a growing specialty manufacturing company seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Manager to oversee daily shop operations, scheduling, inventory control, and production workflow. This position plays a key role in ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute production scheduling and master production planning
• Release and track production orders

• Prepare Certificates of Conformance and maintain quality records
