In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee daily field operations and ensure maintenance crews consistently meet our quality, safety, and performance standards.Success in this role depends on strong cross-team collaboration. You will work closely with departments such as Design and Construction to manage seamless project hand-offs—particularly post-installation—ensuring the maintenance team is fully prepared to uphold the design intent and client expectations. This role requires hands-on coordination of labor and equipment, training and mentoring team members, conducting site visits, resolving issues proactively, and maintaining strong client and employee relationships.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Procure and coordinate materials, labor, and equipment for maximum efficiency.* Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and budget standards.* Instruct daily activities and productivity of maintenance crews.* Ensure proper execution of company policies, procedures, and work standards across all job sites.* Provide clear daily instructions and schedules to crew leaders.* Review and verify job reports for accuracy.* Maintain up-to-date records of crew members and jobsite assignments.* Conduct site walkthroughs with Account Managers to ensure work meets expectations and highlight enhancement opportunities.* Troubleshoot irrigation issues and resolve customer service concerns effectively.* Prepare and implement best practices for the maintenance and care of landscape installations.* Assist in the development of new techniques and procedures to improve field efficiency and overall service delivery.**Qualifications:*** Minimum of 3-5 years experience managing field crews in landscape maintenance.* **Turf care and mow management of multiple crews is strongly desired.*** Strong knowledge of plant identification, pruning, irrigation systems, and equipment operations.* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Aspire software experience is a plus.* Familiarity with Smart Irrigation Systems (Hydrawise preferred).* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.* Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.**Salary:**Full time Salaried position**Pay Transparency**Mariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed.
