In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee daily field operations and ensure maintenance crews consistently meet our quality, safety, and performance standards.
Success in this role depends on strong cross-team collaboration. You will work closely with departments such as Design and Construction to manage seamless project hand‑offs—particularly post-installation—ensuring the maintenance team is fully prepared to uphold the design intent and client expectations. This role requires hands‑on coordination of labor and equipment, training and mentoring team members, conducting site visits, resolving issues proactively, and maintaining strong client and employee relationships.
