Job Overview

The U&I headquarters office is located in Minnetonka, MN. This position is available as a remote position to qualified candidates outside the Twin Cities metro area. Candidates in the Twin Cities metro area will work hybrid.

As Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing the production and manufacturing of physical (disk) games and managing critical due dates to support product release schedules. This position interfaces with replicators, publishers, 1st parties, and internal U&I stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage all U&I production of Nintendo, PS4, PS5 & Microsoft Xbox product for North and South Americas.
• Manage production requirements, including the production of retail listing assets, barcode generation, inlays, disc labels, and final finished goods.
• Responsible for BOM (bill of materials) creation, component part and replication orders, and manufacturing timeline management.
• Manage relationships, expectations, and day-to-day business with publishers, replicators, and internal U&I stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, including coordination with internal U&I teams to ensure the timely release of information on key production milestones and proactive identification, communication, and problem-solving for potential production schedule problem areas to ensure release schedules can be met.
• Work very closely with the US Operations manager to ensure they know when finished goods can be ordered, shipped, and arrive at the warehouses.
• Support on special & collector editions, including component tracking of items like steel books, art books, etc.
• Work with Production & Operations teams to improve processes & look for efficiencies.
• Work closely with the head of creative on production asset workflow using tools such as Trello.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• A proven track record of successful production experience in the gaming business is required.
• Proactive and problem-solving communicator with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to manufacturing schedules.
• Experience excelling within fast-paced, high-energy environments.
• Proactive and challenge for constant improvement of processes
