Job summary

Leoforce in Midland, TX, seeks a seasoned Production Manager to oversee the 2nd shift and drive the full production process of our facility.

You will plan, coordinate, and optimize production, ensure safety, manage budgets, and lead teams while collaborating with Quality Control to uphold high standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within the Sheet-metal fabrication / heavy manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in production planning and manufacturing processes.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and health & safety regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to work.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team management.
• Ability to make effective decisions under pressure. Strong analytical skills and a sound understanding of data analysis techniques.

Responsibilities
