Ardagh Group is seeking a Production Manager in California to lead forming, mold repair, and machine repair teams. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while controlling operating costs in a high-volume glass plant.
The role requires extensive experience in glass manufacturing with a strong focus on forming processes and leadership capabilities. A Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred, and long hours plus travel may be required.
The Production Manager is responsible for directing forming, mold repair, and machine repair departments to obtain optimum performances in safety, quality, and performance efficiencies at the lowest operating cost.
The anticipated base annual salary range for this role is between $110,900 and 166,300 per year upon hire. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate. The final salary will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
This role is eligible to participate in the annual Ardagh Incentive Bonus (AIB) plan. The bonus incentive program is based on total company performance.
