Job summary

Talis Group’s client in Louisville, KY seeks a Production Manager for the Furnace Department at a chemical manufacturing plant. Talis Group’s client is seeking a Production Manager for the Furnace Department at their chemical manufacturing plant in Louisville, KY. This role oversees daily department operations, ensuring safe, efficient production while meeting quality and regulatory standards. The Production Manager leads a team and partners with Quality, Maintenance, and Electrical to optimize processes, achieve production goals, and drive continuous improvement.

HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES:

• Oversee the overall production operations of the Electrical Arc Furnace.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.

• Implement and enforce safety & environmental protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
