Our client, a premium denim and lifestyle apparel brand based in West Los Angeles, is seeking a Production and Sourcing Manager to join their growing team. Known for their contemporary denim and lifestyle collections, this brand has built a loyal following. This role is onsite 5 days.

We are looking for an experienced candidate with a deep understanding of denim production, fabric sourcing, and contemporary apparel development. This person will play a key role in managing the product life cycle—from development to production—ensuring quality, timely execution, and margin targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end production and sourcing for denim and lifestyle apparel categories, including fashion separates and core styles.
• Collaborate with design and product development teams to manage seasonal calendars, ensure fabric and trim sourcing is aligned with brand vision, and maintain development timelines.
• Manage costing from development through production; partner with vendors to negotiate pricing, MOQs, and delivery terms.
• Source and maintain relationships with domestic and international vendors, with a strong emphasis on domestic denim production and wash facilities.
• Monitor and track WIP, sample status, T&A calendars, and vendor performance to ensure on-time delivery.
• Troubleshoot production issues proactively to ensure quality and compliance with brand standards.
• Ensure that all production processes align with internal margin goals and sustainability initiatives, where applicable.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in production and sourcing, with a focus on premium denim and contemporary apparel.
• Strong knowledge of denim fabrics, domestic manufacturing, and wash processes.
• Background in managing both development and full package production.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a hands-on approach.
• Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
