Job summary

Occasions Denver Inc is seeking an organized Event Planner to manage events from ~90 days out through final execution. You will coordinate vendors, timelines, kitchen notes, and required docs to ensure seamless events.

You will be the main contact for clients, venues, planners and internal teams, delivering timely updates and identifying upsell opportunities. Lead onsite with the captain, supervise front-of-house operations, and adapt to changes with a client-first mindset.

Job description

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
Event Planning

Manage assigned events beginning approximately 90 days before the event, including walk-throughs, final orders, timelines, vendor coordination, kitchen notes, and required documentation.

Client Service and Communication

Serve as the primary contact and event expert for clients, venues, planners, and internal teams.

Provide timely communication, maintain accurate event details, and identify appropriate upselling opportunities.

Event Leadership

Communicate the client's vision and key details to the onsite team and lead captain.

Provide onsite supervision when needed and build strong relationships with clients and event partners.

Time Commitment

Spend approximately 2-8 hours planning each event, with time divided between planning and onsite event management.Oversee and manage all aspects of front-of-house operations to guarantee exceptional guest experience.
